Fitness Bootcamps At Puravida Fitness
Let's face it sometimes exercise can be boring even with those of us who are dedicated to exercising regularly. Sometimes we all need to shake things up a bit. Our bootcamps are great for people of all levels of fitness. Anyone from the person who needs a motivational kickstart to the hard core fitness enthusiast who needs to break a plateau. Bootcamps are for everyone and routines can be tailored to have people of different ability levels working out at the same time. Bootcamps utilize our trainers creativity mixing in sports conditioning drills, polymeric, strength and military style exercises to help participants accelerate their results!
Bootcamp Times:
Tuesdays and Wednesdays: 6:30 am
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays: 9:30am
