Erik Peacock, NASM-PT, NSCA CPT

Erik is the owner and founder of the Puravida Fitness training studio. He is a former collegiate athlete and coach. He likes to push people to their potential and believes everyone has an inner athlete waiting to be discovered. He is also trained in rehabilitative exercise and special populations.
 



Felipe Aceituno ACE-PT

Felipe brings a strong sports background to the Puravida team. He is a soccer palyer and coach. Specializes in working with youth sports teams.   He also teaches bootcamp  at Puravida Fitness. Se habla espanol.

 

 


Chris Brinson ACE-PT

Chris brings his passion for sports specific training  and also a love of weight training to the team. Is one of Puravida Fitness’s bootcamp instructors.

 

 

 


Scott Fjelsted, NSCA-CPT

Scott has 12 years of experience working with a variety of clients from athletes to rehabilitation. He is skilled in designing effective customized exercise programs that keep clients challenged and motivated with their exercise programs. He also is passionate about coaching his clients on wellness and making permanent lifestyle changes that will drastically improve their health and fitness.
 




Gwen Linden-Bruzek, NASM-CPT

Gwen combines more than 16 years of experience as a yoga student and teacher with her innovative hybrid style of training that features a variety of exercises ranging from yoga and strength training to boxing and martial arts moves. Beth Dean, ACE-PT

Beth has many years of experience as a group fitness instructor and personal trainer. She incorporates fitness and fun utilizing her group fitness experience to come up with creative exercises that keep her clients on their toes. She loves working with older clients and training women in all stages of their lives. She specializes in weight management and helping people learn to believe in themselves. Karie Fjelsted, NASM-CPT

Karie enjoys working with women of all ages who are looking for a change, especially mothers. A mother of 2 boys, both delivered by C-section, she knows what it takes to keep your figure before and after childbirth. As an avid believer in exercise since her teens, Karie ran a half marathon between her first and second son. She has since added a passion for nutrition, using grocery store tours and great recipes to educate her clients.
 




Chris Giesking, NASM-CPT, CES, PES

Chris has 7 years experience in Club, Studio and In-home Personal Training. He currently is a Army National Guard soldier and served our country in Iraq. He is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a personal trainer, performance enhancement specialist, and a corrective exercise specialist. He earned his BA in Health Promotion at the University of Northern Iowa. Currently he is working on Masters in Corrective Exercise from Arizona School of Health Science, Human Movement Program.
 






Andrew Franz, ACSM, NASM-PT

Andrew brings 6 years of training experience with him to the Puravida Fitness training studio. He currently holds two nationally accredited certifications. A dynamic, personalized program will be created based on the specific needs, wants, goals and current fitness level of each client. We believe personal training should be functional to fit the needs of each individual's life. Whether that person golf’s, skis or just wants to look good on the beach, we will customize a program that is specifically targeted to meet the demands of that person's life. Our expert personal trainers all have diverse styles and backgrounds which allows us to cater to many different types of clients ranging from older adults looking to maintain strength and flexibility all the way to high level high school and college athletes.
