I have worked with Erik for a couple years and he has helped me with nutrition and a couple workout programs. During this time, I was able to lose body fat, increase muscle, and improve strength. I loved that I was able to track my progress and saw tangible results throughout the process. I have reinforced a lot of the things I have learned and have been able to implement a healthier lifestyle. Thank you Erik.

I am a person who needs to have someone tell me what to do for working out and with Puravida I found a great trainer named Chris who made a great difference in my life. I lost 20 lbs in three months and Erik and everyone there are very helpful.

My husband & I joined Puravida Fitness in December. We are in our 50's and we LOVE to have fun in life! Don has had back and neck issues for years. His ortho doc told him "no more cortisone shots" until he started working out. He had never worked a program before this.....and then our lives changed. His back feels GREAT, he can work on his feet all day without Advil and we're changing our lives! Erik and his staff are wonderful. Erik was patient, unbelievably knowledgeable and an all-around great person. We always feel welcome when we walk in the door. We highly recommend Puravida! Cheers to a new way of life!
