Precision Nutrition uses a nutritional progression model that helps you change your habits. Progressive and effective plans can be designed to meet the client where they are at, whether they are a busy mom trying to lose some weight and feel better to an elite athlete looking to compete at the top level. Ongoing accountability and check-ins help clients build a foundation of good nutrition habits and knowledge that will stay with them for the rest of their lives.
F.A.T. Method - 8 Week Program
We run 8 week group nutrition coaching programs several times throughout the year. These programs are focused on building habits through solid accountability and coaching by our staff.
Each 8 week program includes:
An easy to follow meal plan - so easy a 5th grader can follow it.
- Weekly online coaching classes centered around mindset and tactical tips to put into action
- Supporting grocery lists, 75 recipes and eating out guide
- Weekly accountability check ins with our coaches
- A “Lean Body Secrets” book
- Weekly video lessons to keep you focused and progressing
Individual Nutrition Coaching
We also offer individual nutrition coaching that caters to the specific needs of the individual. We do not just give you a meal plan and have you follow it. Instead, we focus on developing fundamental habits that will stay with you forever. We also teach you how to navigate challenges like shopping for yourself and your family, eating out, and social situations. In addition to that, we address any triggers and emotional eating issues that may be sabotaging your progress. Sessions can be done in person or virtually.
