1 on 1 Personal Training
Customized programs done just for you by our highly talented and experienced team of personal trainers. Whether your goal is fat loss this works great for people who need specific times to do their fitness training at our gym near Farmington.
Group Personal Training
This is a more cost effective way to train. We change our program up every 2 weeks. Our fitness trainers include core training, metabolic conditioning, flexibility, and total body strength in all their workouts. You can attend live at our gym near Farmington or attend our virtual classes and workout from the comfort of your home.
Group Fitness Classes
For those who need an extra kick with their cardio training, we have HIIT cardio fitness classes. These are 30 minutes and our personal trainers combine lots of creative exercises to maximize calorie burn and crank up your metabolism in just 30 minutes.
With modern technology and great app resources, we can train people anywhere not just in Farmington, Minnesota. This is where you do 1:1 personal training over the internet and the phone. We can effectively deliver solid fitness training and nutrition coaching thanks to some great apps we use.
We use our personal fitness training app to design and manage your programs. Each week we schedule a check in and health coaching call to keep you on track and moving forward towards your goals. This option has worked well for many clients who live too far away from us.
Too often people make the mistake of joining a gym or health club and think just working out will give them the body they want. The reality is that nutrition is 70-80% of your results and you simply cannot outwork a bad diet. Bod Squad - 6 Week Challenges
We run 6 week group nutrition coaching sessions focused on building habits through solid accountability and coaching by our staff.
Each 6 week challenge includes:
- A custom just-for-you meal plan - so easy a 5th grader can follow it.
- Weekly online coaching and accountability classes
- Supporting grocery lists, 75 recipes and eating out guides
- Weekly accountability check ins
- A “Lean Body Secrets” book
- Daily lessons via our My Coach app to keep you focused
Individual Nutrition Coaching
We also offer individual nutrition coaching that caters to the specific needs of the individual. We do not just give you a meal plan and have you follow it. Instead, we focus on developing fundamental habits that will stay with you forever. We also teach you how to navigate challenges like shopping for yourself and your family, eating out, and social situations. In addition to that, we address any triggers and emotional eating issues that may be sabotaging your progress. Sessions can be done in person or virtually.
