Crackers and TAB or Your Health and Fitness?

A lot of people deceive themselves thinking they are hot in pursuit of their fitness goals, when  really they are lukewarm.

They have convinced themselves they are 100% committed, but their deeds prove otherwise.

I remember when Tracy our manager, was first training with me. She kept getting frustrated about not losing weight. But every time I looked in her food log, it was filled with soda crackers and she was washing them down with TAB.

After this kept happening, I went full "football coach" mode on her.

I told her "either the crackers and TAB are more important or hitting your goals. You decide... but don't complain about the results you aren't getting from the work you aren't willing to do."

She was thinking she was hot in her pursuit of her goals but really she was not "all in."  She was actually lukewarm.

Thankfully, she decided her goals were more important.

She ditched the crackers and pop and became one of our best success stories.
