"I have the right to do anything," you say—but not everything is beneficial. "I have the right to do anything"—but not everything is constructive. 1 Corinthians 10:23

I don't know about you, but summer is always the biggest challenge for me to stay on track with EVERYTHING.

There are a lot of great things about summer here in Minnesota . Some are beneficial and some are not.

From heading up north to our cabin to enjoy our awesome lakes and forests to all the get togethers that start with graduations in the beginning of summer and of course, all of the amazing outdoor concerts and town festivals - we are kept pretty busy and active.

All these are fun and create great memories but they can throw off my workouts and eating habits.

Frankly, it's hard to get (and stay) in a healthy rhythm when all these activities are going on regularly.

I eat well during the week but often during the summer, I can find myself dipping into too many treats and snacks leaving me feeling bloated and lethargic.

People say "everything in moderation" which is true and I could probably justify it because most of the time I am doing healthy behaviors.  But the reality is I can see when the "fade" starts to happen.

The "fade" distorts my focus and blunts my motivation.

Does this happen to you?  I've seen it happen to many of my clients, friends, and family - so trust me when I tell you, you're not alone.

What is not 'beneficial' or 'constructive' doesn't have to break us.

It's never a bad time to regroup and get back on track.  Let us help you 2021 STRONG!

My staff and I have created a special 60 Day Challenge called "CRUSH THE FADE."   This program is designed to get you motivated and feeling constructive again.

This challenge starts on Labor Day.

Here's the criteria for the challenge...

  • Exercise 45 minutes each day - this can be a walk or a high intensity workout (3x/week workout outside)
  • Track your nutrition at a minimum of 5 days each week
  • Read at least 10 pages from a personal development book each day
  • Drink half your bodyweight in ounces of water daily
  • Do three stress management activities per week for a minimum of 15 minutes (meditation, yoga, deep breathing)

60 days straight.  60 days to a more beneficial and constructive you.  Not only will I be leading the charge and doing this challenge myself, but I will also hold you accountable in our Facebook group and through a handy Google spreadsheet.

My team and I will be throwing in some special videos and offers to help you stay the course and support your killing it over the 60 days.

What do you say?
