"One who is faithful in a very little is also faithful in much"  Luke 16:10

Last week I had the privilege of going fishing for catfsh on the Mighty Mississippi with my old high school friend Andy.

Andy has fished professionally and is the BEST fisherman I know. (So good, in fact, I could see him hosting his own fishing program).

The fishing was crazy. It was almost nonstop action as we caught BIG 12-20lb catfish all night.

I've never seen anything like it.  I've never really had much faith in my fishing ability. But this trip taught me otherwise.

What I discovered, as in many other things, is that paying attention to the little things increases the action.

Andy is not only passionate and knowledgeable, but he understands the importance of the little things...

  • Using a special hook that doesn't hurt the fish and allows us to hook and release them
  • Picking a specific oily fish for bait that plays into the special tastebuds of catfish
  • Putting on a slip sinker which allows the bait to bounce off the bottom and flow with the current
  • Going out at a specific time when he knew the catfish would be feeding

All these things contributed to BIG RESULTS and a fantastic night of fishing.

Had I gone out on my own I wouldn't have thought of any of these things and the results would have been very different.

When we were kids Andy and I both liked fishing and working out.

He really invested a lot of time and money in learning how to fish at a high level while I did the same only with health and fitness.

Like Andy, I know the little things make a big difference when it comes to getting results.

Too often I see people at the gym using poor technique, ineffective programming and just doing things that make zero sense.

They are working hard but not working SMART.  They are not having faith or paying attention to the little things that ultimately drive the big things.

If you're going to put the time into something, don't you want to make the most of it?

The reality is most people don't have the time, energy, or knowledge to put together an effective plan that keeps them motivated and moving forward.

Let me be your guide and teach you ALL the little things that matter so you get BIG results just like I did when I caught the big catfish.

Reply to this email to set up a SUCCESS SESSION and we'll dive deep into where you want to go and EXACTLY what the BEST way is to get there.

Dedicated to your results,
