I've Fallen And I Can't Get Up!

Let's face it, there are times in life where we all "fall down."   

Injuries, illnesses, financial hardships, divorce...all these things can knock us right off our feet.

They usually happen at the most inconvenient time. I mean, is there ever a convenient time for a hardship?  The trick is to not allow the "fall" to continue.  Recognize when we've fallen and work to get back up sooner rather than later.

This happened to Michele, a client I've had for years.

When she first came in, she had injured her back and was self-medicating with couch time, chips and beer.

Months went by and she wasn't getting any better.  She was packing on the pounds
due to the habits she had developed.

Ultimately, she ended up in the worst shape of her life - along with a super bad back!

She had fallen and couldn't get back up - despite having been a fitness professional herself!

One day, Michele decided she'd had enough.  She got off the couch and gave herself  permission and priority to get better. 

She called us. 

We started working on cleaning up her nutrition and developed a "back friendly" training regimen that got her exercising again - without the risk of injury.


A year later she stepped on stage to compete in her first fitness bikini competition.

This was truly one of our most amazing transformations.  Michele went from being in the worst shape of her life to the BEST shape of her life in just one year.

The reality is... we all fall down in life and sometimes we need help to get back up.
