Thanksgiving should not just be one day but EVERY day.

This month I've decided to do a "gratitude challenge."

Every day I will privately and publicly thank at least one person.  I will do this EVERY day in November.

Showing gratitude is good for your soul.  You cannot be crabby or sad when you are being grateful. It just doesn't work.

A good habit is to be THANKFUL for 3 things every day and write them down.

My message is short and sweet. No great words of wisdom.

Just look around at your life and you will see there is much to be thankful for.

In fact , I would love it if you would REPLY to this email and share with me 3 things you are thankful for today.
