This place is awesome. It’s small and everyone knows you and truly cares about your progress. My first weeks Tracy made sure whichever class I signed up for that the trainer knew about my shoulder issues and they had modifications ready for me. They listen to what you are saying and make a plan that fits you not you fitting into them. It’s nice to find a gym who cares about you and helps and cheers you on every step of the way.
I was having chronic hip and lower back pain and I did not feel like I was living my best life. I've lost 28.25 total inches, dropped 12.2% body fat and lost 28 pounds. I have learned healthy eating habits which doesn't mean cutting out food groups. I also don't have to kill myself working out every day in order to lose weight. I feel like I have taken control of my life again.
