Does every day seem like a fight?

Well in reality - it is.

I love 80's rock.  As my wife will tell you, I know the words to ALL the songs and quote them all the time.  The group Triumph has a song called "Fight the Good Fight."

Here's a quote...

Nothing is easy, nothing good is free
But I can tell you where to start
Take a look inside your heart
There's an answer in your heart

Fight the good fight every moment
Every minute every day
Fight the good fight every moment
Make it worth the price we pay

Some things in life are worth fighting for.

This world is not fair.  It is an uphill battle fighting for the things that matter.

Things like...

  • A strong marriage
  • Raising good kids
  • Helping those in need
  • Maintaining friendships
  • Keeping your finances on order

It's not easy.  In fact, often times it is downright hard.  But it's worth it.

The women's basketball coach at Duke hits the nail on the head when it comes to fighting the good fight.   Check out this great video from a recent message to her players.

Getting in good shape and being healthy are super important because ALL of the above things suffer when your health isn't up to par.

It's hard to be your BEST for others when you feel like crap.  You feel less and less like fighting the good fight.

I used to exercise primarily to look good for the ladies at the single's bars.  But now that I'm older I have different values.  It's not about me anymore.

Now it's all about...

  • Having energy for my family, friends and clients...showing up to give them my A-game
  • A sharper focused mind to make better decisions with my business and finances.
  • Physical endurance to make it through challenging days.
  • Mental toughness to handle the challenges of life.

Each day I want to go out and be a difference maker.  I cannot do that without being in good health.

That is why I fight by showing up and doing my best for those people God has put in my life.

How about you?

What or who do you want to fight for?

Are you still in the fight or do you need to get back in it?

Getting fit is a spark that will reignite the fight in you.

Sometimes you just need someone to light the fuse.

Reply to this email to set up a SUCCESS SESSION and let's find the BEST way to help you get back in and "fight the good fight" again.

Dedicated to helping you fight the good fight!
